October 2, 2013--Denver, Colorado—The Denver Museum of Nature & Science will offer free admission to all employees of the federal government beginning Wednesday, October 2, through Sunday, October 6.
During the partial government shutdown that has resulted in the furlough of hundreds of thousands of federal employees, the Museum is pleased to extend this offer to thank federal employees for their work.
In order to receive free admission, federal employees will be asked to show their federal ID at the Museum admission desk. Family members of federal employees are invited to purchase Museum tickets at regular price.
